Partner Model
A partner participates in one selected platform, region, or category.
A Voxora investor invests in the whole media infrastructure vision. A managing partner participates in one selected platform, region, or category.
This model is designed for people who want to build a serious media asset but do not want to start from zero. Voxora provides the brand architecture, publication IP, operating system, editorial framework, technology direction, and long-term holding structure. The managing partner brings capital, execution, expertise, networks, and market leadership.
Selected managing partners may receive platform-level economic participation of up to 40%, depending on the platform, upfront contribution, ongoing operating responsibility, profit-sharing model, and Voxora approval. Voxora must retain majority control, IP control, and final governance rights.

The partner must respect Voxora’s editorial charter and brand protection rules.
Majority governance retained.
Voxora must retain IP control and majority governance. Inactive partners, brand misuse, or editorial compromise must trigger exit/buyback clauses.
